Well positioned, close to a mall and a 6-10 min walk to the Kameido JR and Tobu subway station, and pretty close to the Gonohashi bus stop, making it well connected. There's a Lawson right in front of the hotel and there are vending machines on the 2F, with tables and chairs. The rooms are a bit outdated but, in my experience, clean and tidy, with every amenity and the possibility to rent additional items from the lobby. There is also a coin laundry, but I didn't use it. For long stays, you can freely ask for new linens and towels, but you will have to do your own housekeeping. Disposing of the trash is simple enough, reception gives you an informative pamphlet upon check-in, and the trash cans are right behind the hotel. The staff is kind and helpful, if there are language barriers they will use pocket translators - I asked to book a taxi and everything went smoothly! The room is a bit of a tight fit, but if you keep your luggage tidy, you will manage - I had a very large suitcase and I kept it open against the wall, taking stuff out as needed and had no issues! The room was a smoking one, but there was only a very faint smell on the first couple of days which then went away. The room has an Aircon unit for warm and cool air and dehumidifier, and I saw a machine to remove pollen in the air (which could be useful to some).

The room comes with a desk, a little kitchen sink with a tiny fridge underneath. You could ask at reception and they provided me with a box of utensils such as rice cooker, bowls, plates, spoons, forks and a pot and hotplate. Air con worked well and they had a laundry room you could use. Ensuite bathroom was also very small but included a nice Japanese deep bath/shower. Staff were super friendly and helped me and my partner on a number of occasions. I can't overstate how grateful I was to them. My girlfriend was sick once and they helped me get her to a doctor. A huge thanks to the lady that patiently assisted me. I will say many of them don't speak much english (they know a little) so you should learn some basic Japanese or use a translation application. They are very patient though and will make efforts to understand you and assist. The location for the hotel was amazing for what we wanted. There's two stations nearby and a shopping centre for most of your needs. Finally the value for money was just great, very reasonably priced and I will hope to return there once again when next in Tokyo.

The hotel is located in Kameido, which is a lovely neighborhood, near all the central areas but away from the hustle of Tokyo city center. The nearest train station is about 5 minutes away by walking and getting around Tokyo was seamless. There is a 24-hour convenience store right across the street and lots of small food places nearby. The room itself was a little small, and so was the bed, but that is something common in Tokyo so it was not a big deal. Like all Japanese hotels, the room offers all sorts of amenities one needs for their stay such as bath products, slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste, etc. Although we knew about the lack of free cleaning service from the start, an occasional complimentary change of fresh towels for long stays (more than 7 days) would have been appreciated. However it didn't affect our overall experience. The staff were very helpful and they even stored our luggage for free on our check-out day so we could take a last walk in Tokyo. All in all, our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend this hotel as a budget-friendly option.

This is our 2nd time to stay here and as usual, our experience is pleasant. The location is a quiet neighborhood, 5-minute walk to the JR Station and roughly 10-minute walk to the subway. There is also a mall near the hotel where you can buy groceries, souvenirs and good coffee. Take note though that it will take around 45 minutes to go to Shibuya. The room size is perfect for our preference. The room is well kept and clean upon arrival. Although there is an option to have your room cleaned everyday, there is an extra pay for that. So maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the room is completely up to you. I also don't mind throwing our own rubbish since the bins are also clean. The price is budget friendly and cheaper than other hotels within the area. Overall, personally, the hotel is definitely a thumbs up.

- Rooms are small but quiet and have everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and hair dryer. The double size bed was very comfortable (not too hard) with soft pillows and sheets. Cable TV has English news channel. Good shower pressure and free toiletries provided. - Breakfast was very good and included western (scrambled eggs, salads, croissants) and Japanese options (miso soup and curry rice). - Location is a few stops out, but in a nice, quiet street (note that if you have a timed subway ticket you cannot use it at Kameido station (JR line), but instead need to get off at Nishi-Ojima and walk around 10-15mins. There are huge malls conveniently just few minutes walking with many restaurants and shops, Uniqlo etc.
